Special Events at the Muttontown Club are not to be forgotten! Built in 1919 after five years of construction, the mansion was dubbed “The Mad Chimneys” for its 26 fireplaces and 13 chimneys set among its 44 rooms. The Muttontown Club is a private country club that offers elegantly furnished banquet spaces in a surreal setting of lush, green fairways framed by vibrant flowers and towering oak trees.  

The mansion serves as our main clubhouse with our sundrenched Oak Room and attached outdoor Terrace overlooking the fairway, a large boardroom and card room on our second floor, a stately grill room with an intimate bar setting, and our elegant Ballroom for all your reception and dancing needs! Our tailored lawn can accommodate up to 250 guests for a seated reception. The Ballroom can accommodate up to 225 guests with a large dance floor.
